    • Can I cancel my training or programme anytime?

      Yes. All services are “Cancel Anytime.” You can stop recurring payments or subscriptions whenever you choose. For single sessions, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.

    • Do I need any equipment for online training?

      Not necessarily. Programmes are tailored to your setup—whether you train at home, in a gym, or outdoors. If equipment is recommended, we’ll suggest affordable, beginner-friendly options.

    • What if I have an injury or medical condition?

      You must disclose any injuries or medical conditions before starting. If you're not medically cleared for exercise, I’ll need written approval from your healthcare provider before we begin. This ensures your safety and keeps everything legally compliant.

    • How does WhatsApp support work?

      For online programmes, you’ll have direct WhatsApp access to your coach for guidance, accountability, and check-ins.

    • What’s included in the 1-to-1 Training Session?

      Each session is customised to your goals and includes coaching on form, technique, and progression. You’ll also receive a free initial consultation and a 4-week personalised plan.

    • How are programmes personalised?

      We consider your fitness level, goals, schedule, and preferences. Programmes are built around your lifestyle and adjusted regularly based on your progress and feedback.

    • Do you offer nutrition advice?

      Yes. All programmes include nutrition guidance and tips. We don’t prescribe meal plans, but we help you understand how to fuel your body effectively.

    • What’s the Injury Prevention & Tendon Strength Programme?

      It’s a specialised plan to improve tendon resilience, mobility, and structural balance—especially for knees, shoulders, and lower back. Ideal for active individuals or those returning from injury.
